- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office and Warehouse Space Poulsbo, Washington The United States Government (“Government”) is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Poulsbo, Washington. The Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 4,200 usable square feet of office and related space. The offered space must be capable of accommodating approximately 850 usf office and adjoining warehouse and wareyard. This space along with three (3) reserved parking spaces will be used to house a US Government Agency for a term of 10 (ten) years, ten (10) years firm term. The delineated area requires location within the Poulsbo, WA. area, specifically zip codes 98311, 98370, and 98383. Occupancy is required by September 01, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
