- The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Product Manager for Ground Combat Tactical Trainers (PM GCTT) is issuing this Special Notice to inform Industry of the award of a sole source procurement. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with T&M CLINs has been awarded to Caterpillar Inc., in the amount of $1,328,376.00 to procure the following: Thirty (30) Caterpillar Model 924H Level I Simulators; Thirty-four (34) E-Learning Modules and licensing for the simulators; Initial spares; and, Training Manager Software and Hardware.
