- The National Park Service. Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA is soliciting qualified service disabled veteran owned small businesses to enter into a firm fixed price contract to provide construction contract drawings, furnish and install automatice fire alarm system with smoke detection and horn/strobes connected to the Park's Communication Center. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the vendor who offers the best vaulue of price and past performance.Evaluation criteria will be identified in the RFQ. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 with a small business size standard of $13 million. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) website:http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available and telephone/fax requests will not be accepted. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notificiation and changes will need to register at www.ccr.gov. This service is provided as a convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification. Subscribers of this service are ultimately responsiible for reviewing the NBC website for all information relevant to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about April 21, 2009. The date for submission of offerers is May 7, 2009 unless otherwise specified in the actual solicitation.
