- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO APRIL 22, 2009. THE CLOSING DATE IS MAY 22, 2009. NSN 1560-01-280-6288, RA09051001, Window Panel, Aircraft. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, Cage 78286, Dwg 70216-02401. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 660 each for the base period and four, one-year option periods. 144 Days ARO, Destination. 100% set-aside for Small Business. Export Control Certification. Mylar required. Government Fit Verification testing required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
