- VA-250-09-IB-0105 Replace Walk-In Coolers is being amended to add Contracting Officer (CO) contact information of Kathleen.laffey-miller@va.gov and to be sure it is uploaded to the www.fbo.gov website and not just the vendor portal. Correct the NAICS CODE to READ 238220. Correct the Site Visit Time to read 11:00 AM, local time and meet at 10:45 AM in the lobby of building 408. Correct the BID OPENING TIME to READ 3:00 PM, local time April 29, 2009. Any solicitation questions must be in writing and addressed to the above Contracting Officer. All site visits registrations must be submitted to the same CO. All other information remains the same.
