- NSWC Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to solicit AMW Cuyuna Engine Co. Inc., dba Two Stroke International, 8 Schein Loop, Beaufort, SC 29906-8524 on a sole-source basis to perform all engineering and fabrication required to convert a two cycle engine into a 55 HP outboard engine to burn gasoline, JP 8 and JP 5 jet fuel using the Piaggio FAST injection system. Two Stroke International is the only company in the U.S that is licensed to use the Piaggio injection system, therefore no other company in the U.S can perform this task. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated.
