- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervisions and equipment to complete project entitled "FCA-Replace PA System Paging & Nurse Call". This Work includes replacement of the existing PACU Nurse Call and Code Blue System including all controls, devices and wiring and equipment of existing paging and PA system in the Outpatient Specialty Care Center and the Primary Care Addition (1 South) to include speakers, controls, interface devices, power supplies and cabling at the VAMC at 3200 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45220. The plans define specific areas targeted to resolve these issues. The base bid is considered the full project. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC LAW 109-461 AND 38 USC 8127 & 8128. NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $31.0 million. The successful contractor must have a current valid registration in the following websites: http://www.ccr.gov, http://www.dnb.com, and http://www.vetbiz.gov. A site visit is schedule for April 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Location for site visit to begin is Building 36 Conference Room, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO. The solicitation documents will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about March 20, 2009. Paper solicitations will not be issued. All questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing. Contractors must submit joint venture agreements with their bid if you are bidding as a joint venture. Bid Opening is scheduled for April 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations 36.204 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations 826.204 the estimated range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
