- The G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center has a requirement to replace brand name restroom plumbing fixtures. Brand name justification: replacement fixtures must match the existing fixtures. Under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8172(c) this requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry and the VetBiz Registry to receive an award.
