- VA Puget Sound Seattle intends to award an FSS order for Phlebotomist services at the VA Seattle and American Lake locations. This procurement will be set aside for small business and the anticipated RFQ release date is 20 Apr 2009. The proposed acquisition is for four Phlebotomists.
