- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is looking to procure repair service from Siemens Demag Delaval for turbine repair. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Siemens Demag Delaval per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Destination information is required, Period of performance is date of award through 90 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the neco website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
