- The Government currently occupies 6,000 useable square feet of warehouse space used for general storage and a physical fitness center along with approximately 4,000 useable square feet of fenced wareyard in Prairie City, Oregon under a lease that will be expiring on September 30, 2009. The Government is seeking a new lease for a term of 10 years, 5 firm within the delineated area of Prairie City, Oregon and is willing to consider an alternative location if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, and replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure.
