- Requirement: The United States Government seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 510 usable square feet of office or flex space located on the ground floor with nearby access to an outside door. This space will house three K-9 dogs with their handlers for short periods during the day while the teams are on breaks, meeting or preparing paperwork. The space should have painted dry wall/concrete walls, ceiling tiles with adequate lighting, vinyl tile flooring and HVAC with pest grates and a washbasin. Reserved parking for three government vehicles is also required. Term: The Government is interested in a lease proposal of five (5) years. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest, must include at a minimum; rental quotes based on a fully serviced lease (including all utilities and cleaning), building address, date of availability, floor size, parking arrangements, and be submitted in writing to the following address by close of business April 24, 2009. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
