- AMENDMENT 03 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HQ0423-09-T-0016 is hereby amended to provide the following additional information: THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO 1:00 EST on 22 April 2009. (1) A transmitter for the player is required. (2) The output of the VTEL conferencing system is a combination of composite and USB. (3) Contractors shall furnish all hardware and software for a complete working unit. (4) The RFQ requires the contractor to “provide the ability” to interface with television automation hardware. The hardware that is required to interface is a RJ-45 coaxial cable from local cable TV provider. (5) Displays are required to be controlled individually. (6) Contractors are not required to be bonded; however, the contractor must have the appropriate insurance. (7) Monitor/Screen power outlets will be provided by DFAS Limestone. (8) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
