- The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a solesource contract with Medoc Advanced Medical Systems of Durham, NC toprovide one (1) MO00012 ATS/CHEPS fMRI PATHWAY Pain & Sensory EvaluationSystem for the William S. Middleton VA Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace,Madison, WI 53705. This is a one-time equipment buy. This procurementis being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsiblesource and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencyrequirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is334510. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Nosolicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not behonored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements itmust furnish information about its products and services, as well asreferences from other customers who are using these products andservice, to the Contracting Officer within six (6) calendar days fromthe date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must befurnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply withthe above requirements. Information must be sent to the ContractingOfficer, VAMC GLAC, 5000 W. National Ave Bldg. 5, Milwaukee WI 53295 orvia fax to (414) 902-5457. Responses received will be evaluatedhowever; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposedprocurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within thediscretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLACwill proceed with the sole source negotiation with Medoc AdvancedMedical Systems.
