- Synopsis: RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER ROOF IDIQ CONTRACT NUMBER FA9301-04-D-0020. Contractor Vanguard Construction Inc. P.O. Box 239, Arroyo Grande, CA 93421-0239. It is the Contracting Squadron's intent to award a firm-fixed price task order to the above contractor. Davis-Bacon wages presently in effect for California, CA070031(Modification 12) 08/24/2007& CA070013 (Modification 9) 08/17/2007 will prevail. These acquisitions are subject to the North American Industry Classification Code 236220 and the annual size standard is $14.0 million. RECOVERY - RPR Energy Cool Roof, Building, 8406 - FSPM081428J THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished is furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to repair the built-up roof Bldg 8406. Remove existing built up roofing syatem (BUR) to the roof deck. Install 3" polyisocyanurate insulation. Install ¼" dense deck and single ply roofing system. Install wood nailers. Replace metal flashings, drip edges. Paint drip edges "Redwood." Paint roof top equipment Marble Cream.Install prefinished (Redwood) rain gutters and downspouts on front side and backside of facility. Install ladder with safety cage. Install walkpads to equipment from roof ladder. Base flashings around HVAC unit is positive for asbestos. For roofs with a Paint rooftop equipment. For roofs with a slope of 2:12 or less- "Use roofing materials having a Solor Reflective Index (SRI) equal to or greater than 78." For roof with greater than 2:12- " Use roofing materials having a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) equal to or greater than 29." The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. RECOVERY - RPR Roof Audio Visual, Building 8354 - FSPM081428H THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished is furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to build up/shingle roof Bldg 8354. Remove existing built up/shingle roofing system to the insulation or roof deck. Install ¼" dense deck and single ply roofing system. Install new roof drains. Replace metal flashings, scuppers, and drip edges. Install new parapet cap using pre finished metal (Redwood). Paint roof equipment and unfurnished materials on roof (Marble Cream). For roofs with a slope of 2:12 or less- "Use roofing materials having a Solor Reflective Index (SRI) equal to or greater than 78." For roof with greater than 2:12- " Use roofing materials having a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) equal to or greater than 29." The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
