Attachment 12 Performance Questionnaire Attachment 11 Wage Determination No. CA33 Attachment 10 Lead Based Paint Abatement Requirements Attachment 9 Abestos Abatement Requirement Attachment 8 Environmental Requirements Attachment 7 Water Line Systems CAD Drawing Attachment 6 Appendix A Detailed Scope of Work (Reclaimed) Attachment 5 SOW Repair Reclaimed Water Main Valves Attachment 4 Appendix A Detailed Scope of Work (Domestic) Attachment 3 SOW Repair Domestic Water Main Valves Attachment 2 Appendix A Detailed Scope Of Work (Fire Protec) Attachment 1 SOW Repair Fire Protection Main Water Valves RA-Repair Water Main Valves The 61st Contracting Squadron, Los Angeles AFB, CA intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of RECOVERY- Repairs to Reclaimed Water Main Valves, Domestic Water Main Valves, and Fire Protection Water Main Valves at Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This proposed contract is a total set-aside for a small business. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 237110. The size standard for NAICS 237110 is $33.5M. The government is interested in all small businesses including (8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. This project consists of designing and installing isolation gate valves on reclaimed, domestic and fire protection water main pipe lines. This is a Design/Build Project. The Performance Period for this project is estimated to be sixty (60) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The Government anticipates the issuance of the Request for Proposal in April 2009 and anticipates a closing in May 2009. The target award date is May 2009. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. The RFP will be released using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) available at http://www.fbo.gov. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
