- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS WEBSITE (www.fbo.gov) IN APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS. COMMERCIAL ITEM: FURNISH AND APPLY MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE ON THE BOISE NATIONAL FOREST. This contract consists of furnishing and applying magnesium chloride to roads on various sites on the Boise National Forest. Preparation of the road surface and traffic control will be done by the Forest Service. Projects are located on the Forest Road 384, Lucky Peak Nursery and Heli-base, Idaho City, Lowman and Cascade Ranger Districts, Boise National Forest. Application rates will be at.35 per sq. yd, except for the 384 and Lucky Peak roads, the rate will be.50 per sq. yd. NAICS code: 424690. Size Standard: 100 Employees. Estimated start dates are estimated and are subject to weather conditions. Contract time is 10-12 calendar days. See numbered note #1.
