- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services in support of the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, California. Under Authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a noncompetitive sole source bridge modification to contract N00140-04-C-1021, Alliance Imaging, Inc, Anaheim, California. This bridge modification will allow enough time for the follow-on effort for the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton MRI Services to be competed. The period of performance will be 1 July 2009 through 30 September 2009. The Justification and Approval (J&A) citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, will be posted for public inspection on or about 20 April 2009. There will not be a solicitation issued for this bridge contract and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government. Responses! to this notice are due by 3:00pm, Philadelphia, PA time, 20 April 2009. Responses should be addressed to allison.maddock@navy.mil.
