- NSN: 6685-01-391-8587, Thermostat, Flow Control. The approved sources are Cumings Inc, Cage 15434, part numbers 201737 and 3076489; and AM General LLC, Cage 34623, part number 5730605. Quantity Variance is zero. An approved bid-set or technical data package is not available at DSCR for this NSN. The Quality Assurance Provision Code is BAA. NSN is a commercial off-the-shelf item. The required delivery is 96 days. The required FOB is Destination and the required Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quality Contract with a base year and four (4) option years. The NSN will be issued unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. Prices will be evaluated on the best valued price for the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity of 1,113 items. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, automated best value system score, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
