- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplementedwith additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued ata Request for Quotation (RFQ).
