- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and time and material delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010 on an other than full and open competitive basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT 06615-9129 the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the United States Navy Heavy-Lift Helicopter, H-53 Helicopter. The anticipated work is for SAC to provide program management support, engineering support, logistics support, and various nonrecurring efforts related to the H-53 In-Service Sustainment Programs. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. SAC is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and proprietary technical data required to successfully perform these tasks. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
