- Arnold Air Force Base, Tullahoma, Tennessee has a requirement for an electronic autocollimator. Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination, Arnold AFB TN 37389, with a delivery period of 186 days after notice of award. A complete Request for Proposal (RFP) with specifications will be available on or about 1 May 2009. Proposal due date will be on or about 1 June 2009 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Request for Proposal will only be available electronically at the FBO website. No hard copies, faxes, or e-mails will be available. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP Amendments, Clarifications, etc. However, it is the responsibility of contractors (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information.
