- Description
- Building 404 at Kirtland Air Force Base is being renovated for use as the Operationally Responsive Space (ORS) office and the work in this contract modifies the existing facility space and creates two Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). The larger of the two SCIFs will be approximately 825 s.f. and the smaller SCIF will be 257 s.f. The project consists of the design and construction of the renovation including finishes as necessary, updating walls, floors, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, communication and security systems to meet the SCIF criteria outlined in the DIA DCID 6/9 standards.
