- The purpose of this contract/consignment agreement is for a anyofferor whom can provide the VAMHCS NEED IAW Solicitation, (hereinafterknown as the Contractor) to provide the VA Maryland Healthcare System(VAMHCS) (hereinafter known as the VA) for a specified period of timethe items listed on pages 5-6. These items shall be placed on aconsignment basis and is not a guarantee of purchase. Reimbursement forconsigned items is made only if and when the use of the item is made bythe VA. Unused items are returned to the Awardee, at the end of theeffective period of the agreement without reimbursement or other expenseto the VA
