- This is a three-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, services contract not to exceed $500,000.00. The contractor shall provide all services necessary to conduct vascular plant surveys in project areas. Projects include areas considered for future timber sales, stewardship thinning, fuels reduction, grazing allotments, and silviculture treatments. The work consists of walking throughout units to search for Threatened and Endangered (T&E) and Bureau Special Status (BSS) vascular plants and noxious weeds, compiling species lists, and documenting BLM Special Status plant and noxious weed populations. Some project areas may require multiple entries to detect all possible T&E, Bureau Special Status, and noxious weed species. Project sites are located in Southwestern Oregon. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is April 10, 2009. Estimated start work date is June 1, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
