- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for ship customers based in San Diego, CA. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread, Bakery, and Pastry Products for delivery beginning August 30, 2009 and ending February 26, 2011. The contract period will be eighteen (18) months. All prices will be firm fixed for the duration of the contract period. The solicitation will contain two groups of items, which will each be awarded independently. Group 1 will contain bread and bakery items. Group 2 will contain pastry items. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors should register prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: April 22, 2009.
