- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE PAVING IDIQ CONTRACT FA4608-04-D-0011(FUSSELL COMPANY, WINNSBORO, LA.) DETAILED DISCRIPTION Remove and replace 41,617 linear feet of deteriorated joint sealant on the runway in the north and south touchdown zones with Urexpan NR-300 or equivalent. The new sealant must be jet fuel resistant and withstand multiple high pressure applications due to required rubber removal. New joint seal replacement will include 41,617 linear feet of 5/8 in diameter backer rod.
