- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City Division intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures to Presagis, Inc. for VAPS human machine interface software rehost annual maintenance renewal. The basis for the sole source is that Presagis Inc. is the sole developer of the VAPS software and own all proprietary data rights to the software. Delivery will be to NSWC PCD/CO NSA PC Receiving Office 101 Vernon Avenue Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001. Anticipated award date will be on or about 30 April 2009.
