- This solicitation is being procured under both the Small Business Administration Reauthorization Act (Public Law105-135) and the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, (Public Law 100-707). Only firms residing in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) that are within the included counties of FEMA-1829 DR and 1830 DR Disaster Declarations are eligible to submit offers. The work consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials for the removal and proper disposal of emergency levees from the areas indicated in the bid schedule. The work shall consist of removal of emergency levees constructed during the Spring 2009 flood fight in Fargo, ND The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. The estimated order of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted on or about April 15, 2009. The Offer Due Date will be approximately 2 days thereafter due to the urging and compelling nature of this work.
