- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to procure twenty-six (26) Planar PT191MU Touch Screen Monitor (Mfg No: 997-2687-00) and twenty-six (26) Planar PL1910M 19" LCD Display (Mfg No: 997-2797-00) which will be delivered to the Receiving Officer, 6620 Tisdale Road, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448. AEGIS Classrooms are fitted with identical designs throughout the facility. These classrooms are uniform, consistent, and distinctive. PLANAR monitors pr! ovide ergonomic features and manufacturer specifications which have proven to run successfully with current programs and configuration and provide students the same comfort at each workstation. There will be no written solicitation issued as a result of this notification. Please reference NSWC Request for Quote (RFQ) # N00178-09-Q-2054. Interested parties may submit their quotes/bids to the following: dana.strickland@navy.mil. This purchase is set-aside for authorized small business resellers. The quotes/bids will be open market only. This solicitation is expected to close on or about 16 April 2009, with award expected on/before 20 April 2009 and delivery to the fleet no later than 5 June 2009.
