- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. You may download M00264-09-T-0083 from this announcement for additional information, instructions and the complete clause package. This Request for Proposal document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006.This is set-aside for small business, NAICS Code 325998, Size Standard $500 EMP. The United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia has a requirement to provide Liquid Aluminum Sulfate to the Mainside Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and the Mainside Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Marine corps Base, Quantico, Virginia in accordance with the attached Statement of Work contained in M00264-09-T-0083. Please return a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Aug 2006) with your offer. Offers are due no later than 10:00AM, EST, 20 April 2009.
