- Sole Source Letter Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for Hologic rapid fetal fibronectin this requiment is an FDA approved diagnostic test that assesses the risk of pre-term delivery in symptomatic and asymptomatic women. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-32, Effective 31 Mar 2009 and Defense DCN 20090115 Last Update:15 Jan 2009, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318 Effective 18 Mar 2009. This requirement is pursuant to Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition Clauses.
