- The intent of this contract is for Road Surface Supplies. The contactor shall, as ordered, furnish and deliver specified road surfacing materials, including stockpiling or windrowing as ordered. The material will be delivered and stockpiled or windrowed in accordance with Forest Service instructions at the Eldorado National Forest, Placerville Work Center, 2350 Carson Road, Placerville, CA 95667. Solicitation will be uploaded on approximately April 28, 2009 with a Bid Closing date of June 1, 2009.
