- THIS IS ONLY THE ADVANCED NOTICE. THE SOLICITATION AND THE SIZES AND QUANTITIES OF ALL THE BUILDING MATERIALS WILL BE POSTED AFTER APRIL 28, 2009 FOR REQUIRED SUPPLIES GENERALLY DESCRIBED BELOW. NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This will be a small business set-aside.NAICS Code: 423310Size Standard: 100 Employees Purpose: The National Park Service is looking to purchase and have delivered treated DF lumber and various other building materials for the repair and reconstruction of numerous buildings located at Kennecott Mine area in Wrangell St. Elias National Park, Alaska. This will be a supply and deliver only acquisition. This element of work shall consist of all work necessary to supply and deliver the requested material. All lumber shall be rough sawn and "true dimensioned" to the sizes that will be listed. The exact lumber sizes and quantities and list of other building materials will be provided in the solicitation when it is released. ALL VENDORS WISHING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AN AWARD BEING MADE.
