- The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, Tucson, AZ requiresthe procurement of a portable radiofrequency (RF) lesion generator, one(1) each. The equipment is to be used primarily for pain management ofveterans diagnosed with facet disease and shall provide both thermal andpulsed RF. The generator shall include standard electrodes, cannulas,cables and any other necessary consumables for initial startup usage ofthe equipment. Written quotations will be due on or about May 27, 2009with an anticipated award date of June 11, 2009. The applicable NAICScode for this action is 334510.
