- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) announces an opportunity to procure services of a qualified company to provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide moving and other related services to include but not limited to moving of furniture, supplies and equipment for the White House Complex in Washington, DC. The period of performance for this contract is for a base period of 1 year with 4-1 year options. The total performance period will not exceed five years. Services are expected to commence on or about June 1, 2009. This procurement will be made using a Firm Fixed Price with economic price adjustment for award. The NAICS Code is 484210. The solicitation will be posted on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://eps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation as well as all amendments will not be issued. Any prospective offeror interested in proposing on this solicitation must register with GSA in order to be placed on the bidder's list for this solicitation. Technical proposal will be an important consideration in the award of this contract. The company full operations and location must be within a 25 mile radius of the place of contract performance. Include your company name, address, phone and fax numbers, points of contact, and e-mail address. You must send this information by fax at (202) 501-1511 or by email to Christine.Stewart@gsa.gov. Proposals are due by May 12, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. local time. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the General Services Administration, Central Office Building, Room B-242, Conference Room, 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC, at 11:00 am, Thursday, April 30, 2009. Each contractor is ask to have a maximum of two from your company. Please arrive 15 minute early for security checks. Contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference.
