- The Federal Medical Center, Lexington, KY is soliciting quotations under Request for Proposal RFP LEX-0022 for Urology Consultant Services. Award date will be approximately June 1, 2009, with offers due by May 15, 2009, 2:00 PM EDST. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror, whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with price being the determining factor. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be made available on or before April 15, 2009 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
