Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than BAE SYSTEMS, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. Quantity: 10. Delivery: 203 days ARO. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Foreign Military Sale (FMS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) <https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ > on the issue date cited in the RFP.
