Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 165, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 659, Max Contract Qty per year is 1,318. Orders are to be shipped within 120 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Approved source is Thales Communications, CAGE 23386, P/N 3600215-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor.
