- updated specifications to the chemical precursors The purpose of this amendment is to (1) change/clarify/add to the minimum specifications for the Chemical Precursors, and (2) answer questions posed by interested contractors. The specifications for this requirement have been changed. An updated list of specifications is attached to this solicitation and titled, "updated specifications for the chemical precursors. The following questions have been posed by interested contractors. The question is followed by the response from NIST's technical contact: Q: Please advise the serial number for the Chemical precursor, and the end instrument A: Our Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) tool is FlexAL made by Oxford Instrument. There is no serial no. for the chemicals.
