- Heavy Equipment Rental Kettle Falls Schedule B The contractor shall provide all equipment or services necessary for Heavy Equipment Rental to be delivered to Growden Dam, Kettle Falls, WA by 15 Jun 2009 and picked up by 25 Sep 2009. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Period of Performance is 15 Jun - 25 Sep 2009. The anticipated dollar value is $340K. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). The NAICS Code involved is 532412. The size standard is $6.5 million in annual revenue. This solicitation is Full & Open. Award will be made for All or None of the Line Items. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission Payment Request (Mar 2007).
