- The Department of Defense Education Activity's (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, using commercial procedures, a contract to fulfill its requirements for a Microsoft Campus Agreement. The Microsoft Campus Agreement is a 3-year program through Microsoft and its resellers that allows accredited academic institutions to take advantage of academic pricing. This Agreement is an annual subscription that provides DoDEA with product upgrades as they are released for the 3 year life of the Agreement. This agreement includes all Microsoft products currently in use at DoDEA. MS Campus Agreement provides DoDEA with a vehicle for purchasing multi-volume licenses for all Microsoft applications currently used by DoDEA The Solicitation Number is HE1254-09-R-0011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-24 & Class Deviation 2005-0001 and DCN 20080303. The submission due date and time is Monday, 20 April 09, 2:00 PM (EST). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties should ensure that their information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/ is accurate and current. PSC Code: 7030, Adp Software. All inquiries will be answered and provided to potential offerors via email at Summerlin.Walker@hq.dodea.edu and amendment to the solicitation. No inquiries will be considered if received more than five (5) calendar days after the release of this notice. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps until the response due date.
