- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SPM4A5-09-R-0365, 6150-01-347-6463, 0020537315 and 0021018433, Cable Assembly Special. This is a Critical Safety Item and configuration control item source controlled to Unison Industries (59501) Part Number- 421541, unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 215each. All pieces are to be delivered in 240 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be April 13, 2009, with a closing date of June 12, 2009. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
