- The Marine Corps logistics Command Contracts Dept intends to award a sole source contract for shortened Lightweight shelters.to Gichner Shelter Systems (Cage Code 29381) for this requirement, quantity 8 each. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparartion of proposal is not anticipated The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source. No solicitation will be posted to this portal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Such offerors must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offerors capability to supply these Shelters without the Government providing technical data. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332322. The application size standard is 500 employees.
