A site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, in conference room A of Building 350, at 1:00 p.m. EST and Monday, April 27, 2009, in conference room A of Building 350 at 1:00 p.m. EST. Technical proposals are due on May 5, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Oral presentations will be the week of May 11th. Price proposal and technical solution are due on May 27, 2009 at 3:00 p.m.
