- Description
- Contractor shall provide all equipment and qualified labor (IAW TB MED 530) for Food Service Remote Dining Facility operation. Facility shall be completely self-contained with all kitchen appliance, food storage, electrical hookups, plumbing, sanitation and hand washing sinks required to prepare high volume feeding during RSOI surge for 1,400 soldiers twice daily for up to 29 days. Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel to set-up the self -contained ISB-Mobile Kitchen and complete dining facility tent/structure to seat minimum of 600 soldiers at a time (ISB-MK) and be ready for operation NLT 1Jun 09. Contractor personnel shall be capable of following Army Recipe cards, familiar with or capable of preparing raw rations purchased from an approved vendor. Contractor shall provide all transportation to and from work site of assigned contracted personnel. Contractor shall provide all uniforms, headgear and personnel identification to each employee. The contractor must also provide all rations to prepare two meals per day (breakfast and dinner) for an estimated 600-1400, soldiers +/- 10% for up to 29 days. The estimated number of meals is 60,000 +/- 10%. Contractor will begin serving meals with dinner at 1600hrs on 1 Jun 09 and continue to provide breakfast and dinner services for a 29 day period with last meal as breakfast on 29 Jun 09. Contractor's Mobile Kitchen must be able to support the preparation of high volume of feeding 1,400 soldiers from June 6-9 and 1,400 from 23-28 Jun 09. Meal hours are 0500-0800 (B), Lunch (N/A) and 4:00pm-7:00pm (D). Performance location is Fort Hunter Liggett, Mission Rd ISB, Jolan, CA 93928. All effort to be done in accordance with performance work statement in upcoming solicitation The NAICS code, FSC code and size standard for this procurement are 722310/S203, $20,500,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.5, this acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit quotes. Only one award shall be made. The quote due date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released solicitation.
