- Description
- This Notice is posted to comply with AIDAR 706.302-70(c)(1) and FAR 5.201. The contract with The Pragma Corporation, Inc., 176-C-00-06-00007, will be modified to expand the Statement of Work for the provision of technical assistance on the issue of Kazakhstan’s rating in the World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Index. Assistance will be provided to the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other policymaking bodies of the Kazakhstani government, including the Center for Strategic Design and Analysis of the President’s Administration. The price of the contract will be increased by $247,000.00. The Contracting Officer at USAID/CAR in Almaty, Kazakhstan has determined, in accordance with AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5), that full and open competition need not be obtained. Proposals are not being requested and a solicitation will not be issued.
