- 4/8/09 After a thorough assessment, AETC has requested cancellation of the T-38C Improved Brake System Program (IBSP). Effort associated with the previously released Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) has been discontinued until further notice. Contact the Program Manager, Capt. Michael Powers at 937-904-4162 or email Michael.Powers2@wpafb.af.mil with any questions. 2/13/09 DESCRIPTION: This is a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the T-38C Improved Brake System Program (IBSP). Note that all documents are in DRAFT format. We anticipate these documents will become part of the Final RFP. The Government requests Potential offerors review the entire Draft RFP and solicit comments on the document. Any comments, questions, or other correspondence concerning this notice may be directed to the buyer, Mr. Luke Schultz, via email at Luke.Schultz@wpafb.af.mil no later than 12:00 EST on 6 Mar 09. The Government may not respond with direct answers but may incorporate comments into the Final RFP. 10/23/08 DESCRIPTION: Please submit any comments for the draft SRD by COB October 30, 2008. Due to a Government oversight, the results of that telcon were not posted. The document entitled "T-38C IBSP Industry_telecon_Answers_19_Sep_07.pdf" contains questions raised during that telcon and Government responses.
