- The Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) has deployed an HSPD-12 compliant access control system in the National Capital Region (NCR) in support of access control, privilege management, identity management, mustering, continuity of operations (COOP), continuity of Government (COG), law enforcement and First Responder activities. This contract will assure the maintenance and software upgrades for that system. The contractor is responsible for twenty (20) CoreStreet PIVMAN management station software located at the Pentagon and its remote sites. A minimum of two preventative maintenance visits will be performed on the entire system each year of the contract period of performance. The preventative maintenance visits will be scheduled at a time that is mutually agreeable with the Contractor and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), Security Services Directorate (SSD). This contract will be all inclusive covering all labor, expenses and materials, including travel costs within the National Captiol Region (NCR) required to maintain and repair and provide updates to the systems. The contractor will also provide PFPA with the following: • A Preventive Maintenance Plan • An On-call / Service Call Maintenance Plan On-Call / Service Call Maintenance: The on-call maintenance will be generated by software-related issues and calls by the Program Manager of SSD. 1. Biannual Maintenance will include the following check in addition to any other recommended checks that may not be listed: 1) Visual Inspection; 2) Perform a complete operations test and 3) Upgrade software data. 2. The following requirements will be generated by contracting office representative (COR) to the contractor and will be covered in this contract. 1) Visual Inspection; 2) Respond to all incidents of reported software errors; 3) Upgrade software data as required; 4) Perform a complete operations test; and 5) Complete maintenance inspection on software as required. Additional Information: Quotes must be firm-fixed price (FFP) Period of Performance: Base year from 20 April 2009 through 30 September 2009, plus four option years from 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2013. This procurement is applicable to FAR Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) are applicable to this RFQ. Quotes are due by 2:00 PM EST on 14 April 2009.
