- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLITATION ISSUANCE. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Sole Source Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0026 to MCDONNELL DOUGLAS CORP (MDC), a subsidiary of the Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO, for the completion of all integrated logistics functions related to Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)-CP-045, entailing an Airframe Structural Modification for the AV-8B Harrier. CP-045 replaces the existing DC Contactor with a more robust DC Contactor, having the same Form, Fit, and Function as the original. POC Contract Specialist, Leslie A. Stork (301) 342-9457.
